CSC Launches Corporate Trust and Agency Services in Australia and New Zealand

Further expands solutions and expertise to serve clients worldwide

WILMINGTON, Del.—CSC, the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, has entered into an exclusive partnership with Eddystone Financial Services to expand corporate trust and agency solutions through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company, to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Delaware Trust offers a comprehensive suite of corporate trust and agency services that support alternative asset managers, capital markets participants, merger and acquisition professionals, corporate and institutional borrowers and debt issuers, and restructuring professionals as well as lenders and bond holders. This partnership with Eddystone bolsters Delaware Trust’s global capabilities and commitment to offering fully complementary, multi-jurisdictional solutions regardless of market, service, or asset type.

Eddystone Financial Services provides independent facility agency, security trustee, and related financial services from offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland. Barnaby Webb, managing director at Eddystone, says, “CSC recognized Eddystone’s goal of building a leading local business, and both firms are very much aligned with uncompromising values and commitment to service.”

CSC and the Delaware Trust team already have dedicated resources supporting private and public firms across the U.S., Europe, and APAC. Eddystone will be a natural extension of those services, says John Hebert, president of CSC Global Financial Markets and president and CEO of Delaware Trust Company, “Part of the growth strategy at Delaware Trust is to leverage our reputation for service quality and strong history as a 120+ year old, privately held company into new markets, providing our clients the flexibility to scale rapidly.”
