Timothy Derr
Tim Derr is a transaction manager with CSC Global Financial Markets. He provides accounting, administrative, employee, and officer and director services to entities and manages the operation of the firm’s Delaware passive investment, special purpose entity, and fund administration clients. He joined CSC in March 2022.
Previously Tim served as director of daily NAV operations at BNY Mellon® (formerly PNCGIS/PFPC, Inc.) in Wilmington, Delaware for 23 years. His experience includes accounting, administration, and client servicing while working on daily operations, month-end financials, and year-end audits.
A native Delawarean, Tim lives in Newark, Delaware and has one son. He is an active member in the community as an umpire for local Little League and supports local Special Olympic athletes and the Lewes Polar Bear Plunge Team.
Tim received an A.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Goldey-Beacom College.
