Pierre Mifsud is managing director for Depositary Services for CSC Global Financial Markets in the Luxembourg office. His responsibilities include managing the Depositary business, acting as conducting officer, and liaising with CSC teams across Europe as well as in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific region.

A seasoned professional, Pierre has extensive experience in the alternative funds industry with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, venture capital, infrastructure, and debt funds. He held various leadership roles at Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) S.A. as head of depositary bank supervision of the private equity and real estate desk; Citco Bank Netherland N.V. Luxembourg Branch; and at Quintet Luxembourg as team leader of depositary controls and settlement team.

Pierre speaks French and English. He holds a Master of Science degree in banking and international finance from Cass Business School in London, as well as a bachelor’s degree in European economy and management from Abertay University in Scotland, and a postgraduate degree from IDRAC Business School in Paris.
