John Hebert is president of CSC Global Financial Markets and president and CEO of CSC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company, helping grow the specialized administration services business, supporting alternative asset managers, capital markets participants, and corporations and institutions requiring fiduciary and governance.
Prior to this role, he co-led CSC’s corporate development activities. Before joining CSC, John served as vice president and senior investment advisor at Ashford Capital Management, focused on investments in the software, internet, and business services sectors. He also served as senior associate, then vice president, at Trident Capital, a venture capital firm that provides growth capital to software and technology-enabled services companies. John held prior positions at McKinsey & Company and Ask Jeeves. He also served as an investment banking analyst at Robertson Stephens and began his career as an accountant at Deloitte & Touche.
John serves on the board of directors of Delaware Guidance Services and also as the Delaware Chapter chair for the Stanford Outreach Volunteer Alumni Link program. He holds a B.A. in political science and an M.A. in sociology, organizational studies from Stanford University. He obtained his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
