Ian Garvan is director and head of Agency Services, for CSC Global Financial Markets. Ian is responsible for development and delivery of agency services across key capital market jurisdictions.

Ian has over 19 years’ experience in the areas of capital markets, financial services, structured finance, and business development. Before joining CSC, Ian served as associate director of Capital Markets at Intertrust with responsibility for transaction administration. He held prior positions at Bank of Ireland Treasury & International Banking, and Bank of Ireland Securities Services. He also served as a derivatives specialist at Bank of Ireland Global Markets and began his career as a trainee accountant at Frank McHugh & Co.

Ian serves as a director on the boards of regulated (PCF-2 approved by Central Bank of Ireland) and non-regulated financial entities with an emphasis on securitisations across all major asset classes, asset finance and leasing, private equity, direct lending, and real estate.

He holds a BSc in management from the Dublin Institute of Technology, is a qualified financial advisor, and holds a diploma in aviation leasing and finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
