Hinnerk Koch is managing director for CSC Global Financial Markets in Luxembourg. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including 15 years in capital markets, corporate services, and structured transactions. As head of Operations, he’s responsible for the compliance, tax, and corporate services management.

Before joining CSC, Hinnerk spent seven years as managing director of the Luxembourg division of Intertrust. Heading up Operations there, he specialized in capital markets and was responsible for compliance and corporate services management. Hinnerk served as a director on the boards of regulated and non-regulated financial entities with an emphasis on securitisations across all major asset classes, asset finance and leasing, private equity, direct lending, and real estate.

Prior to that, Hinnerk acted as head of Tax and Structured Transactions (Finance department) at WestLB International (Luxembourg) S.A. He has previous internal audit experience from his former role at WestLB, and broad external audit experience from his role at KPMG in Germany.

Hinnerk speaks German and English and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He is licensed by the Luxembourg regulator. Hinnerk lives in Germany with his wife Larysa.
