Our people

Eric Engberg is a transaction manager with CSC Global Financial Markets. He works closely with law firms and corporate clients to close commercial contracts requiring independent director services.

Prior to joining CSC, Eric managed commercial litigation and regulatory and compliance matters for major law firms in Washington, D.C., specializing in legal writing and editing. He has also managed the recruitment and placement of attorneys and paralegals for a national staffing firm, with a focus on providing outstanding client service.

Eric earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware, his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Along with various professional affiliates, Eric is a passionate volunteer for local and national nonprofit community and advocacy organizations.
