Dana Fuski Dugan is a transaction manager for CSC Global Financial Markets and CSC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company. She works on the Global Financial Markets Trust Administration Team administering corporate trust and agency appointments, including escrows, Delaware statutory trust, loan agency, collateral agent, and custody appointments. Since joining Delaware Trust in June 2015, Dana has all the necessary requirements to conduct active administrative loan agency appointments.

Prior to joining Delaware Trust, Dana worked for Citibank for 18 years, including the last 11 in the Global Loans Department as an assistant vice president of the deal-closing team. She closed the first deal secured by works of art.

Dana is a life active member of the Claymont Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, where she fills many roles, including president, first vice president, second vice president, and member of the board of directors. Dana also serves on the board of directors of the Ashbourne Swim Club, where she’s actively involved with the activities committee.

Dana has attended Widener University and University of Delaware.
