Dan Fisher is executive vice president of CSC Global Financial Markets and its wholly owned subsidiary Delaware Trust. Dan is responsible for leading trust and agency, independent director, and U.S. capital markets services, helping CSC expand these businesses in the United States and facilitating seamless cross-border coordination with our global offices.
Dan has more than 35 years of experience in banking and financial services, leading domestic and international corporate trust and agency offices, and serving in such capacities as a senior manager, product manager, salesperson, and trust officer. Before joining CSC, Dan served as executive vice president at GLAS Americas and GLAS Trust Company of New York where he established and led their U.S. business. Prior to GLAS, Dan worked at Wilmington Trust Company in New York and London, where he served as CEO and executive managing director for its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, and Cayman Islands. He also presided over the establishment of Law Debenture Trust Company of New York and previously worked in the default and bankruptcy business of US Bank.
Dan received a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
