Caroline is head of financial services for CSC Global Financial Markets in Luxembourg, with a focus on client accounting. She’s responsible for the accounting and production of financial statements, payment services and cash reporting, tax services, and regulatory filings for various SPVs.

Caroline has experience in both SPV and group finance functions with extensive expertise within in the financial services industry and specialises in capital markets.

Before joining CSC, Caroline served as director of Capital Markets at Intertrust Europe with responsibility for the management of accounting and financial services for securitisation SPVs, holding and finance companies, and real estate restructurings. Caroline has also held directorship mandates for regulated and unregulated vehicles. Prior to that, Caroline led a structured finance and private equity team at another trust company in Luxembourg. She has also held positions as a senior consultant and as a group consolidator and financial controller for a multinational technology company based in Paris.

Raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Caroline holds a BSc in international business administration from United States International University, San Diego – Nairobi Campus, and a master’s in finance from IAE Toulouse, France.
