Our people

Alan Halpern is chief risk officer for CSC Global Financial Markets and vice president of Delaware Trust Company, CSC’s wholly owned subsidiary. He is responsible for managing, identifying, evaluating, reporting, and overseeing internal and external risks to the company.

As an attorney, he reviews contracts and other documents in connection with various business activities and service provider appointments. With Delaware Trust, Alan helps to close and administer a large variety of corporate trust and agency appointments.

Before joining CSC in 2003, Alan served as a relationship manager for JPMorgan Chase and Mellon Bank.

He is a graduate of Temple University, where he received a B.A. in English and political science. He holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
