CSC is proud to announce our wholly-owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company, has been named as successor indenture trustee for the Luxembourg Notes due 2021, 2023 and 2024 issued by Intelsat (Luxembourg) S.A. in connection with Intelsat S.A.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Delaware Trust was selected to represent unsecured creditors and was elected co-chair of the official committee of unsecured creditors.
