CSC is proud to announce our wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company, has been named as successor indenture trustee for the 8.375% Senior Notes due 2020 issued by Avianca Holdings S.A. in connections with Avianca’s Chapter 11 filing. Delaware Trust was selected to represent unsecured creditors and was elected co-chair of the official committee of unsecured creditors.
